Fabulous news for those of us on Royal Baby Watch! The Duchess of Cambridge, Catherine (Kate), and Prince William welcomed their first child today—a baby boy! Their son was born at 4:24 p.m., weighing 8 pounds 6 ounces, according to CNN. A name has not yet been announced for the child, who is now third in line to the throne.
It was reported earlier today that Kate was indeed in labor. She and Prince William traveled to the Lindo Wing at St. Mary’s Hospital in England, where she had a healthy delivery!
